Thank you for looking at the vacancies we have in the Finance team here at HMCTS. We have embarked on a transformation journey which we hope will place the Finance function at the forefront of the many exciting changes taking place in HMCTS. This is a very exciting time to be joining us, and we hope you will find this information useful.
We have created a new integrated Finance Business Partnering function. This involved designing a partnering function which supports all of our activities, which is particularly important now that HMCTS is working through a ground-breaking Reform Programme.
We are creating Finance Centres of Expertise, designed to support all the management accounting activity, financial processing, forecasting and reporting. Our Strategic Finance function is also changing. We are placing a much higher focus on financial strategy, strong medium-term planning capability and a Benefits team which supports our programme business cases as they are created and reviewed.
Alongside this, we are working to radically improve our corporate management information capability, maximizing the use of financial and other systems to enhance the organisation’s ability to make sound business decisions.
We have five very different roles in this campaign, each requiring different competencies and experience.
