[English] - [Cymraeg]

In our fourth episode of our Inside HMCTS podcast, we focus on how we’re making our courts and tribunals more accessible for everyone and how we are supporting people to use our online services.

When people need to come to one of our courts or tribunals, or use our online services, they may require need extra help. We’re committed to removing common barriers people may face to make sure they can access justice at an equal level.

You'll hear from Mike Williams, Deputy Director of Service Excellence, about how court users can request adjustments when visiting one of our buildings and how the Human Voice of Justice is improving our communication.

We also speak to the team at the Royal Courts of Justice, to find out about how they are overcoming accessibility challenges at the historic site and we find out what support is available for those who need a helping hand when completing digital forms.

Cyfiawnder Hygyrch: llysoedd a gwasanaethau digidol i bawb

Ym mhedwaredd bennod podlediad Inside HMCTS, rydym yn canolbwyntio ar sut rydym yn gwneud ein llysoedd a’n tribiwnlysoedd yn fwy hygyrch i bawb a sut rydym yn cefnogi pobl i ddefnyddio ein gwasanaethau ar-lein.

Pan fydd angen i bobl ddod i un o’n llysoedd neu dribiwnlysoedd, neu ddefnyddio ein gwasanaethau ar-lein, efallai y bydd angen cymorth ychwanegol arnynt. Rydym wedi ymrwymo i gael gwared ar rwystrau cyffredin y gall pobl eu hwynebu er mwyn sicrhau eu bod yn gallu cael mynediad at gyfiawnder ar lefel gyfartal.

Byddwch yn clywed gan Mike Williams, Dirprwy Gyfarwyddwr Rhagoriaeth Gwasanaeth, am sut y gall defnyddwyr llys ofyn am addasiadau wrth ymweld ag un o’n hadeiladau a sut mae Llais Dynol Cyfiawnder yn gwella ein cyfathrebu.

Rydyn ni hefyd yn siarad â’r tîm yn Llysoedd Barn Brenhinol Llundain, i gael gwybod sut maen nhw’n goresgyn heriau hygyrchedd ar y safle hanesyddol ac rydyn ni’n darganfod pa gymorth sydd ar gael i’r rhai sydd angen help llaw wrth gwblhau ffurflenni digidol.

Gwrandewch ar y bennod ddiweddaraf nawr, ar gael o ble bynnag rydych chi'n cael eich podlediadau!

Hi Mark, thanks for your comment. Disability Contact Officers are unique to the Royal Courts of Justice. For other courts and tribunals across HMCTS, this remains under review and our teams continue to look for ways to support those who require additional support.
